Phase III Entrance Road Completed

The new entrance road into Phase III of ClintonPark Corporate Center has been completed. This new road provides access from Ring Road (Hwy. 72) to over 200 additional acres for industrial development.

Fatz Café to open early 2007

Fatz Café has purchased land beside the Hampton Inn & Suites hotel in Phase I of ClintonPark Corporate Center.  The new full-service restaurant is under construction with a grand opening planned for early 2007.

• If you travel on I-26 by Clinton, check out our new 36 ft. long by 18 ft. high ClintonPark Corporate Center sign. That sign, along with our entrance signs on Hwy. 72, are now in place. The signs incorporate our copper and black logo set on bases of fieldstones. The landscaping and irrigation system for our Phase I entrance has been installed, also. Still in progress is our installation of new streetlights, signage lights and a new, more decorative fence along I-26.
